My vehicle listed above has a brake pedal problem. When I am almost stopped it pushes back at me makes a loud noise then I lose pedal. When I start to brake if I pump the brakes and stop slowly it does not do it.I just changed the rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders and when I was bleeding the brakes I let one of the master cylinder reservoirs run out of brake fluid.I don't want to take it off to bench bleed it but there's no bleeder screws on it to bleed it on the car.

Your description sounds like you have air in the ABS module. The noise you hear is the ABS activation and then the pedal drops because of the air. The only sure way to remove the air is to use a pressure bleeder while using a scan tool that has brake bleed functions to cycle the ABS module and purge the air out of it. Without the scan tool you won't be able to get the air out. Bench bleeding won't help as the issue is in the ABS pump and solenoids.

They might have one but it may not have the bi-directional controls for your vehicle being it's a 1994 with a Teves ABS system. Unfortunately you need the scan tool that can work with that system. The issue with that is being a 1994 it isn't OBDII compliant so the cheap scan tools out there won't work with it. What you might want to do is look on EBay for one of the old Snap-On MT2500 bricks with the correct cartridges. Item #124100248803 is one that should work. Plus it would give you more abilities with your Jeep. Or call around to some of your local shops that were around back then and see if they have a scan tool that will work.
