HI!
Please,advise some diagnostic devises for my car Isuzu Trooper 1994, 3,2 L engine, LS. I need to check my car,but not available any scanning tool in any service shop in my country.I tried to find this item in internet sites,but I couldn't reach any results.Could you help me with advising or any directions?

This is an OBD-I vehicle and not easy to get the correct scan tool, which could be rather costly. The link below explains how to retrieve trouble codes.

The connector is located behind center console, to right of accelerator pedal. (Take note that vehicle is for LH drive and if yours is RH drive, the location might differ.)
