I hate to say it, but you really can't patch a pressure line. It will continue leaking. If you are unable to get a new part, have you tried a salvage yard?

They don't have my year trooper one's they have are different from mine that's why I'm asking if a different model vehicle that might have same type of hose that would work I live in a city of 10.000 population and nearest place for used parts is 4 1/2 hours away and our junk yard doesn't have a hot line to other wrecking yard

What size engine do you have?Also which pressure hose from the pump or to the rack?Let me know and I can let you know what years model etc fit.
