Clutch pedal goes to the floor even after replacing the master and slave twice

There is a a cast metal box the hydraulic lines go to and from between the master and the slave but I have yet to find the name of it.

What is it and could it be my problem?

Can you get a picture of this part and I am sure we will be able to identify it?

As for the clutch not returning you most likely have an issue with release bearing. When you put the slave in it, did you replace this as well? Here are some guides that will help with this:

Also, we need to make sure this is being bleed completely so I attached the info on how to do this just to make sure we are not missing something.
