Lost all cylinders on the left side of engine

lost all cylinders on the left side of a 94 Q 45 pulled a plug and it appears to have a spark, Injectors where replaced 2k ago with GB rebuilds and all of them had new coils. Not sure of what to check next

Use a test light to see if the injectors are being pulsed.

Have the compression checked as well.
