A wire burned behind behind paneling. An caused smoke to come out vents when i started my car. Previous day i saw red wire hanging. I dont see the red wire any longer an no more smoking but car is taking off slow in Drive can some please tell me what could be wrong?

You are going to have to open up the dash and inspect the loom, it will have melted some of insulation and wires may be shorting out.
