what can be causing my car to not have any electrical power?

what can be causing my car to not have any electrical power, it has a new battery, alternator, and fuses? There are no interior lights, or buzzing from door being open, and no hazard lights, horn, nothing.

So no dash etc when turning the key on?Also do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
