A lite came on and my book says that the transmission fluid was to hot what should I do and does It matter. ?????????????????????????????*?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????..????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????!!!!!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@@@@@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@!!!!!!!!!! €£££!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????

What light is that?
When warning indicators comes on, something is wrong and you should get it checked.

Automatic transmission oil temperature light. It came on but went off and has not come on since should I change the fluid. Or not worry to it comes on again?

Did you check the transmission fluid level and condition?

Yes, it was were it should be and I checked it while it was running then waited for it to cool and it is where it should be. It is just strange to me why the transmission fluid would get hot in the first place?

The light is not telling you the fluids are overheating. An error has been detected by the transmission control module and you need to check for trouble codes.
