but when your at a stop and the car is warm it still idles from 1 to 2 rpm

Check the Fast Idle Thermal Valve. Ensure its coolant hoses are not clogged and valve closes when engine is warmed up.
Check coolant level.
Check for vacuum leakages.
Check idle adjust screw, ensure it has not worked itself loose.
