Ok so my car has been Jerking and backfiring and the only why to drive it is if I hold the gas pedal a little bit in if I try to push it to far it stars Jerking and backfiring

Sounds like it may have jumped time need to check timing belt to see if lined up or not.

Scan for codes check fuel pressure and check for vacuum leaks.
