Car Keeps Over Revving In Idle

When car is in PARK gear it keeps over revving, while waiting at traffic lights with foot on brake it shakes car.

So really i just want to no if anyone knows how to fix the over revving of the car.

Check the idle air control valve and look for vacuum leak
