Hi ive had issues starting my vr commodore v6 after half hour it will crank for about 6-10 secs then start sluggishly. Ive had replaced the dfi module the fuel pressure reg, tested fuel pressure and tested the circuits to the pcm. Ive had the pcm replaced along with the memcal and for about a week it started and ran within 3-5 secs. But today I had the issue that the central locking would not operate and the engine would not start or crank for that matter, im getting to my wits end can you PLEASE help me

Have you had a scan done as yet, you have not mentioned this has been done, not all fault codes will set a check light and the central locking issue may be tied up with the immobiliser, this can be scanned individually with a quality scanner.

Hi, yes I did have the vehicle checked on holden diagnostic scanner and code 42 ingnition bypass circuit fault was detected. After doing all those replacements and having code cleared had no issues until that other day when central lock and no start fault occured. I had rechecked fault codes and code 31 theift deterrent signal missing.I had to unplug the bcm and reconnect it for the vehicle to start and for the central lock to operate( Note have had issue with bcm solder joints been dry, had repaired and no issues until this initial problem occured )
Cheers Brent
