Does it matter inlet outlet when I hook the hoses up to the rear heater core by the back passenger wheel?

if it is hooked up wrong you won't get heat. we don't have pics of hose hookups.

Thanks if I don't get heat. I'll switch hoses. Or look at another vehicles hose.
