Why is my sonoma 1994 4cyl is eating my starters?

At least 8 times in less than 2 years. Push button cable has been replaced, key ignition work fine also the push button, at last i replace the battery cable just to eliminate possible cause.What else i need to verify?

DOES IT SEEM TO DRAG OR GO SLOW WHILE IT IS TURNING OVER?

ASK SOMEONE EXPERIENCED IN THE STORE WHICH ONES WOULD BE FOR YOUR STARTER

I agree, if you are going through starters, chances are the starter is the issue. It could be a cheaper starter or not positioned.
