engine runs great cold but hesitates and stalls when warm

i have a 94 gmc z-71 pickup with a 5.7. engine runs great when its cold but hesitates and stalls after its warmed up and i give it gas. i have changed plugs,wires,cap,rotor,pcv, fuel filter,check timing. it idles good cold or warm. any ideas? i got this truck from relatives and it ran much worse when i got it.

I would have the fuel pressure checked. it could be low causing this issue.

i wouls suspect an overheating ignition component.to many to guess at .i would have it checked out at a local shop.

i forgot to tell you that if i mash the gas it runs good. also i've had it put on a computer and no codes show up. almost feels like the choke is stayin on. what about the engine temp sensor? does that control the fuel mix?
