My check engine light is on but when i try to scan the code the OBD does not have power. I have checked all the fuses I can find but none are blown. most posts say it is on the cigarette lighter fuse but it is good, and they work.

have a pro check it may be a bad connection or broken wire.besides A & B are the ones to be crossed on OBD1 systems.
