1994 GMC C2500 Horn suddenly isn't working

About a year after I got this truck the horn just stopped working one day. This truck has never been in an accident and the fuses have already been checked and some of the wiring around the steering column.

Did you check voltage, anywhere? Use a test light. Note the diagram. Did you check voltage at the fuse circuit?

The horn button is a ground for control side of relay. When the relay is energized, that line with the arrow-head moves to other terminal, voltage goes to horn.
