I unplug the vacuum from the MAP sensor it idles good?

when i start the car it idles high but when i unplug the vacuum from the MAP sensor it idles good what could be wrong?

Do you have any codes in the computer? Also have you checked for vacuum leaks yet, it sounds like you have a bad MAP sensor

no codes and i just replaced the vacuum lines

I would get a can of carb spray let it idle and spray around all vacuum sources intake manifold hoses etc.If the rpms go up when you found a vacuum leak.
