timing belt keeps breaking and cant figure out why. it never breaks the same way twice just in the same spot coming off the bottom sprocket and the break is always between the teeth and the outer band, or the teeth itself. what can cause that.

something is locking up in the timing belt system. pulley, tensioner, water pump or possible camshaft
