94 thunderbird will turn over but not start and fuel pump cycles

i put in a 4.6 dohc from a lincoln mark 8 it ran fine put mark 8 maf in and thaught i need a 94 mark 8 computer turns out i need a 96 computer but wen i put my tbird computer back in i bent the prongs so when the 96 marks 8 computer came in the mail i put it in turned over but didnt start and fuel pump didnt cycle check the ecm it was fine check the fuses buy the battery the blue 20a was popped put new one in fuel pump cycled and it still turned over but still didnt start
