1994 t'bird w/4.6L engine has no compression on #5 cylinder. what's the most common problem?

run a wet test on the cylinder.squirt some oil in the cylinder.check the compression if it reads the rings are shot if still nothing you have a valve problem.then youll have to pull that head to inspect.
