1994 Ford Ranger Recently Did Rear Drum Brake Job Replaced Everything Wheel

Recently did a rear drum brake job (replaced everything wheel cylinder shoes self adjust kit springs) now the driver side tightens down until it locks up and passenger side never builds up pressure I have bleed the system several times and checked all springs parking brake does not work did not work before brake job what's causing these issues?

on the one side the parkig barake cable may be sticking the shoes to an open postioin locking it up or incorrect installation. may need adjustmenton other side, this shold belooked at by a pro so you don't do damage to your self or someone else.
