1994 Ford Ranger fouling same plugs

I keep fouling the spark plugs on no. 3 cyl. It's four cyl. With two plugs per Cyl. It fouls them bout once a month

May be low spark voltage at that cylinder, you can get this checked with a live data rear of a quality scanner, do this first.

Can you b little more specific? Not to sound rude I've just never heard of that. They have a white build up on them. All 8 plugs do but the number 3 is usually the worst.

White deposits on the spark plugs will be ash from burning oil, short term fix is to use a hotter heat range spark plug, this will help burn the oil with less deposits or try iridium plugs, but this is only a stop gap, you need to identify the reason why the oil is getting into the cylinder.
