when my clutch peddal is out there is a rattle sound that comes out from around what seems to be the trans or that area but when the clutch is pushed in the noise stops or if i push on the gas peddal and make the engine rev to a higher rpm it stops then as well

could be the throwout bearing in the clutch. have a trans shop verify it for you.
