Will not start, no power to the fuel pump

Drove to a buddy's after driving it for a good hour. Turned it off for about two hours and went back out to leave and would not start. Will crank over all it wants but when i started testing things i discovered i had no power to the fuel pump, no spark, and i am pretty sure i have no power to the injectors neither. All the relays, fuses are good, switched the ignition control module with a new one, still nothing. Could it be because it is too cold? Because the first day it snowed it kind of started up a little slow but still started right up after like two seconds, and even cranked right over two more times. Have no clue on what it could be except for the timing belt. any ideas? Please and thanks!

The most common suspects are the camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor. They often fail by becoming heat-sensitive. While driving, natural air flow keeps them cool. When a hot engine is stopped, the heat migrates up to the sensors and causes them to fail. Often they will work fine again after cooling down.

Have you read the diagnostic fault codes?

No i have no, i have just tested it out myself. can you even scan them for code with a OBD2 tester or OBD1? Or do they not have that connection until later on?

It was uncommonly easy to read fault codes yourself on Chrysler products. Unfortunately doing that was the hardest on Fords and most imports, but not impossible. The people at most auto parts stores will read fault codes for you for free if you can get the vehicle there, but only on 1996 and newer models. If you do not have a code reader or scanner for a 1995 and older model, look at this page to see how you can get the codes yourself:
