car wont start just drowns out

When touching accelerator changed fuel filter still same problem could it be a sensor parked my car was working fine but when i tried to start it the next day it would kick but didnt want to go it would just drown out so i put a new fuel filter on and fil.led the tank im still having the same problem have ytou heard of this happening

check your fuel pressure. your fuel regulator may be bad or injectors leaking. scan for codes as well.
