1994 f250 with 460 engine,
Do you need to advance the timing for high altitude, 5500 ft? If so how far do you need to advance it per 1000 feet above sea level?

No need to advance electronic timing will adjust as to altitude via MAP sensor and to engine load. Advancing in thin air would cause poor preformance. KN air fliter and induction system would help with performance
