If FLAME will hurt nothing

And you have access to a Acetylene rig

Or like me, Imma Plumber, I have a "Turbo Torch" (kinda a Hopped up propane torch)Using MAPP GAS it really gets hot. Not acetylene. But better than propane

Or even a plain Jane propane torch will sometimes work

Heat the Female part, all the way around if you can, STAY OFF OF THE BOLT!

You are EXPANDING the "NUT PART" and trying to leave the bolt part Cooler and Shrunken. Even a damp rag to keep it cool may help, dab it from time to time

usually the hotter the better, from time to time, try to remove the bolt

DON'T GET BURNED!

Let me know how it works

Does your parts store stock freeze and release? This works very well, and make sure that the socket or spanner you are using fits correctly, and yes a bit of heat if safe to do so is also a good idea.
