1994 Ford F 150 Rear Running Lights Checked Fuses Changed Them Brake Lights

We have no rear running lights. We have checked all the fuses and changed them. We do have brake lights, blinkers and flashers. What can be the problem?

check bulbs first then check for a bad ground. check to see if power is goingto lights as well.
