I'm sending a pic along, if it has made it all teh way own the best thing to do would be to pull the blower out and see if you can get it or the blower resistor but that is a small area. Good luck

Is there any way to take the top screws off the dash and get into the vent itself?

You could try that but normally if it'sheavy it falls down the vent may just pull out by prying onbottom and lifting out.

It's not heavy, it is a latex glove from work, the heat from the defrost got it warm enough to slip down

There is nothing that can be removed on top of that dash. The entire dash comes out as one piece and then the vents are removable but if it went inside the box, you could have a real problem. If you're lucky, whatever you dropped is metal and can be retrieved with a magnet.
