I have a 1994 ford explorer, the windshield wipers, radio and power windows just went out. Could this be the fuse panel fuse in the power distribution box? They moved a little and then stopped.

Usually with multiple issues, I take one circuit and track it down. Fixing that one issue, may or may not fix the others. Start with power windows, use a voltage tester to see if circuits at the circuit breaker are hot, key on. Seems most of the circuits you mentioned, receive ignition feed, the key has to be on. Let us know what you find at the circuit breaker.

Just a thought, you might try to wiggle your ignition key just a little, see if everything starts working.

I wiggled the ignition key on Wed and everything worked, but know it has stopped again. What may be the problem?

To me, it sounds like your ignition switch has a problem.
