Will the pcm cause the coolant fan motor to constantly run and blow fuses?

When I hook the coolant fan motor up, it blows fuses and the car won't crank. Replaced the motor and have tried every combination possible on the wiring. It either blows fuses or when I turn the ignition off, the car still runs. The fan also continuously runs when the car does crank.

It either blows fuses or when I turn the ignition off, the car still runs. Inspect and test the ignition switch could be shorting out internally causing the overload

You have a direct short circuit to ground from the coolant fan thru the relay/s and to the computer
