The car was driving fine and then we noticed that it all of a sudden started idling really high and driving/shifting erratically. Realized that the Throttle Position Sensor had come lose so we reconnected it and now the car is running fine and it is idling normally.

However, there does seem to be an issue now of it shifting at lower speeds. For instance, the 1st Gear seems to shift at around 5 mph and the 2nd around 15 mph. It seems to be about 5 mph off. And the passing gear also does not seem to be kicking in. Are these potential problems? Or could they be a result of the Sensor being unhooked and reconnected?

Any input, suggestions, or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
