1994 Ford Cobra Driver Side Window

This morning the driver side electric window would not roll up. All the other windows in my 2 door convertible are functioning so I am assuming this in not a fuse issue.

There are two wires going to the motor. One has power in the down position, the other, in the up position to reverse polarity and change the direction of the motor. Check to see if there is power in both wires based on the position of the switch.
