1994 Ford Aerostar Steering Column Knuckle Bend Adjustable You Replace This

Steering column has a knuckle at the bend for where it is adjustable, how do you replace this and what is the part description? Locks up when I turn like it catches on something?

complete tear down on the column. i suggest a used column as it is much easier to perform this
