I was driving and my heater and radio quit working but all my fuses are good but I don't have power going to 5 of my fuses or their slots in the fuse box how do I fix this so I have a heater I live in north Dakota where I need a heater bad

check fusible links by the battery. if one is bad, you need to find out why it blew or it will fail again
