1994 Dodge Viper poor preformance

when I first start car in park, sounds feels good for a few seconds.then hit the throttle and there's a delay run the throtle up to about 2 grand, goes rough, stutters and pops a little at 2k and coming down. driving you get very little power.

The check engine light should be coming on., Have the computer scanned and post the code numbers here.

I've had the codes read with a scanner , its not showing any?

It should be setting some codes if it's running that bad. Start with the basics. Test the fuel pressure, look for vacuum leaks, check the condition of the ignition system and if you ever put Bosch plugs in it, immediately get rid of them.
