1994 Dodge Van On 94 B250 Torque Converter Went Out Replaced Took Valve Body

on my 94 dodge b250 torque converter went out replaced converter and took valve body out and replaced lockup soleniod before doing this i had on forward no reverse know i have forward and now reverse fluid level is full what should i look for now im stumped

internal failure in the trans. have a trans shop check it for you.
