door ajar buzzer wont stop

The buzzer for the driver side door just recently started not stopping. It won't stop when the door is shut even after I turn on the truck and start driving. I tried pulling the fuse for the buzzer and it still doesn't stop the buzzing. Any ideas?

That probably means you'll have to change the switch although the wiring could also be shorted somewhere.

Is there a way I could just bypass it? Like disconnect the switch all together?

You could unplug it if the problem is actually the switch but the switch itself may not be that expensive. Check with the dealer.
