have a 94 dodge 2500 headlight start flashing on and off after a few minutes have replaced the headlight switch and the hi lo switch and the relay

I don't see any headlamp relay in the wiring diagrams. The clue here is how do the high beams react when the problem occurs. Do they flash on and off too or just the low beams?
