1994 Dodge Stealth jammed ignition

I broke a key off in the ignition. I need to get it out. what's the fastest way to do that?

There is no "fast" way to get it out and ultimately, complete removal and dissassembly of the lock by a locksmith may be the only way if you can't simply grasp it with something to pull it out.
