1994 Dodge Ram want crank

I brought a new key ignition. I got the starter replaced. Charged the battery and check all the fuses and it still want crank

Have you checked the starter relay for power?

No. How can I tell it needs replacing.

I always switch it with another relay from the vehicle that has the same part number.

It still want crank. So is it possible the battery has low juice

The battery should have been the first thing checked. Most part stores will check them for free. Have that done and let me know what you find.

As far as the starter relay, check to make sure there is power to the relay.
