1994 Dodge Other Open Shorted Condition Detected Control Circuit Injection 1

An open or shorted condition detected in control circuit for Injection #1 or the Injection bank. Why is that and what does it need to be done?

The wires to that injector are shorted together or one has a break in it. Most commonly that code is set when someone unplugs that injector while the ignition switch is turned on.
