I have to pump it over and over to getvit to start

Your car is fuel injected. Pumping it does nothing. Check spark. Check fuel pressure. Check the injector relay. Have someone help you with pulling codes.

First, get some carb cleaner. Pop open the air cleaner box and, as someone is cranking it over, spray some carb cleaner toward the throttle body. I'm guessing it will fire right up.
