1994 Dodge Intrepid starting

sometimes when i shut the car off it will turn over but not start. if i let off the key and try again it starts. every once in a while it will have a miss going down the road but straightens right up. i have changed oxygen sensors,coil pack,plugs,wires and fuel filter and still can not get it to stop.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it.
