94 dodge intrepid electric windows and blower fan not working. all i did was take out the airbag fuses to check if they were still good

Suspect a burned contact in the ignition switch. Also check the electrical connector for overheated terminals and a melted plastic connector body.

As far as the power windows, use a voltage tester at the fuse, goes hot/voltage with the key on. If no voltage have to check feed to and from the ignition switch.
