What is the symptom? "Doesn't start" can mean a lot of different things. The parts you listed apply to two different no-start conditions. Does your starter crank the engine? If not, that's a no-start. Does it crank the engine but but the engine doesn't run? That's also a no-start.

What click, clunks, other noises, or unusual activity do you see or hear when you turn the ignition switch to "crank"? Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? Has the battery been disconnected or run dead recently? If it has, try cranking the engine while holding the gas pedal down 1/4".
