I can't copy the diagrams from the online manuals, and I'm not close to my collection of Chrysler service manuals. What kind of problems are you having?

widows won't work, hot wire the window motors and they work fine, bought a new master control switch for drivers side, still nothing, door locks don't work either. I am pretty certain it is the ground wire coming to the master, but have no idea which wire is the ground with out the wiring diagram. Thanks

Dandy. Check for broken or frayed wires between the driver's door hinges. The clue to a broken ground circuit is you'll find 12 volts on both window motor terminals at the same time when the switch is activated either way. (The motor has to be plugged in during that test).

The tan / black wire is the 12 volt feed to the driver's window switch. You should be able to measure that by back-probing into the connector body. Once that wire is identified, all the other wires must measure near 0.0 ohms to ground when no switch is activated. The black wire is the actual ground wire. All the other wires will read through various switch contacts to ground. When you activate a switch, you're actually breaking one contact from the ground circuit and applying it to the 12 volt feed circuit. That's how they change the motor's direction when it has just two wires.

All of those ground measurements must be taken with the switch plugged in to be valid.
