How can I get my radio to work?

1994 Dodge Grand Caravan, trying to install aftermarket stereo, having no luck. Seems like im getting no power to the radio. But i know i have the wires connected correctly.

Check the radio fuse no.6 in fuse block and IOD fuse in the power distribution center
