Engine is knocked bled it but still won't start

Diesel? Do you have fuel at the injectors? Back off an injector line and crank over check for fuel pulse, check for voltage at the glow plugs as well.

Check for a fuel cutoff solinoid on the pump, it should have one, check power and operation.

I checked for fuel cutoff solinoid. Tried starting engine but I tried it so many times it wouldn't start now.

If the solinoid is ok and you still have no fuel, either the injection pump is faulty or there is a problem with the fuel supply to the pump.
